Due to restraints, shipping will only be throughout Canada and the United States.
Shipping time is an estimate based on when the package is shipped out, so items will not be shipped immediately upon purchase. If you need anything delivered within a specific time frame, feel free to reach out.
Returns will be decided on a case to case basis.
Any items damaged in transit will not be refunded. Items can be replaced within 7 days of receiving the items if adequate proof is provided.
No exchanges on items unless there are blatant malfunctions that make the product unusable with proof.
If items are lost in mail, customer is liable for providing adequate proof within 7 days of the end of the delivery window before items will be replaced. If proof is not provided or accepted as valid, nothing will be replaced. Empty pictures of hands with no other context is not valid proof. Customer will be expected to cover shipping for the replacement.
